Bhairav Baba is a largest, famous and wonderful stone sculptor of Shiv, is situated nearby the Kymore range and 6 km away from the village Gurh. There is a lake which is believed to have medicinal properties for skin diseases. Bhairav Baba’s idol carved out in a single stone (means there is no joint) having the length about 33 ft. and width of 8 ft. In Baba’s forehead, the third eye is explaining the eternal truth of life, curled hair explain love. According to historical evidences this idol of Bhairav baba was carved during the period of Kalachuri dynasty around 10th-12th A.D. In the month of shravana (Jul-Aug) on tuesday a large number of devotees gather here to worship lord Shiva and take the blessings.
